Safe excess Boil Off Gas (BOG) disposal is a key safety feature for both LNG carriers and LNG fuelled vessels, ECOFLARE GCU (Gas Combustion Unit) is providing this function in an optimized way, in particular in terms of :

• Ease of implementation on board ( no air duct, no dampers…) 
• Installed power 
• Noise…. 

ECOFLARE capacity cover any needs,  from 0,2 to 4 t/hour equivalent pure methane capacity.  

Apart from a fully optimized combustion and mixing all metallic chamber, ECOFLARE mean feature is that it combustion and dilution air is provided by a single fan, with, possibly, if class society requires it, the addition of  sliding one to act as back up one.
ECOFLARE already equips Chantier de Saint Nazaire LNG fuelled cruise vessels.
